What is the difference between watermarked and watermark-free exports?
Watermarked export and printing are fully unlimited — the watermark is only a thin baseline signature on each label (a hairline plus small "seatmark.cn" text), never covering your labels. Watermark-free exports are 1/day when signed out and 3/day when signed in, resetting at midnight. Preview, layout, and template design are always unlimited.
What if I run out of watermark-free exports?
You can always keep exporting with the watermark, without any limits. You can also sign in (3/day) or share your personal link — each click earns 1 watermark-free export (server-side dedup, up to 10/day).
Do I need an account to use SeatMark?
Everything works without signing in (unlimited watermarked exports, 1 watermark-free/day). Signing up with email gives a 7-day Pro trial: unlimited watermark-free exports plus cloud sync for custom templates. Invite friends and you both get 7 more days, stackable.
Is my roster data safe?
Excel rosters and photos are parsed and laid out entirely in your browser and never sent to any server. Sign-in is only used for quota and template-structure sync — no label content is collected or uploaded.
