Core promise: the spreadsheets, photos and seating plans you import are parsed and laid out only in your browser and are never sent to our servers. Only optional features (account, feedback, AI design) send a small amount of data to the backend.

1. Data we never collect: rosters and photos

Spreadsheet parsing, photo matching, layout, PDF/PNG export and printing run entirely in your browser. Rosters in the Studio live only until you close the tab; seating and banquet drafts and custom templates are stored in this browser's local storage and can be wiped with the "clear local data" control on the Chinese page. The core features work offline.

2. Data we collect for optional features

Account: your email address and an irreversible salted password hash; after sign-in an encrypted HttpOnly session cookie keeps you logged in.
Quota and referral counters tied to your account or a one-way hashed IP; Team-plan reservation details and feedback you submit voluntarily; optional online fonts load from a public CDN and AI design forwards only your prompt through our same-origin proxy.
Access statistics: Google Analytics and Baidu Analytics collect anonymous page-view data (visits, dwell time, device type), never your roster; you can limit them with Do-Not-Track or content blockers.

3. Storage, protection and your rights

Server-side data is stored on cloud nodes inside mainland China and is not transferred abroad; account data is kept until you delete the account, quota counters expire daily, and feedback and reservations are cleared once handled.
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent by stopping use of the optional features.
Because rosters stay local, you remain responsible for the roster files you hold, especially those containing students' or other minors' data.
